Does sexlab work with pirated skyrim?

I've sat for 3hours now trying to get the following mod (basically Milkmod) to work but skse keep saying me to update the game. My (pirated skyrim) version is 1.5.23. If the mod is supposed to work even on pirated, then what am I doing wrong? Please for the love of God help.
