Any dress break mods

With so many armor sets that now have skimpy or nude versions, I was wondering if there are any mods that can toggle between the different variations depending on the wearer's health.

Sadly it is not possible.

Because each armor is a specific mesh, and you need a specific sub-mesh to break the original one.

 

So it will take forever just to do the vanilla armors.
