Crashing imediately after loading a save

Got everything working fine finaly, played from tutorial, went to market district, crashed after a couple minutes, now its doing it after loading saves prior to that, on the screen i see console message "lovers rape slave unable to register callback function"

Anyhow hope its a simple thing to fix

Try turning off Lover Rapealve and running the save file, if it doesn't crash, then start a clean slave.

And which version of Lover Rapeslave are you using?

I'm using the latest version linked to in donkey's list of lovers mods. Also, I'm not sure its particular to rape play, I tried loading the game a couple hours ago and I had enough time to move about 2 feet and turn around before it froze, and it was saying a different lovers mod was having that error.

Edit: "Unable to register callback function" it usually has the rape one giving the error, but has also (its only froze up like 5 times total cause I don't have the urge to sit there loading and loading just to keep crashing) has mentioned a different lovers mod with that error.

Edit: I managed to bring up the console before it froze it looked like all the lovers mods were erroring out, error 5603f406, I wonder what I've messed up..

Edit: Ok, got a more complete error report from opening console right after game loads.

Looks like you have a load order problem.

You need to reorganize them to match the txt file at the bottom of the 1st post in the link below:

Any armor/clothing mods need to be above your lovers mods for certain. Additionaly I would highly recommend you getting wrye bash and creating a bashed patch. It is not all that difficult as there are video and pdf walk throughs on how to do so on the nexus (where you get wrye at).

If you just redo you load order, moving the xlovers files into proper order and down to the bottom, you should be ok. However if you take the time to do the bashed patch through Wrye you will be amazed at the stability of your game.

Ok, I've tried using normal BOSS list and the one hosted here that is supposed to sort lovers mod properly http://www.loverslab.com/showthread.php?tid=346

Neither help at all.

If anyone can post any specific things on my load order that could be improved, please point it out.

if you disable all xlovers mods can you boot up and play without crashes?

Yea, I think you are right on the BU and MB2...sorry.

As to genetics - it may be an old file from builds previous to 1.04.

Anyways try that load order and don't forget you have to do a clean save with Tamagoclub!

After a little reading, genetics is optional also, although, I also found out that arrays, are something pluggy related, but I have the latest pluggy renamed for hud functionality what could I be missing?

Yea, I would ditch that in a heartbeat!!!

It does a streamsave every so often. I warn you however that it is not the easiest to install and configure - have to read the readme and tweak the ini file.

There really is no need to do this however. You do need to disable autosaves however as they tend to CTD. The preferred method is the hard save (hit escape and do a full save) - yes it can be annoying but full saves won't go sideways on you like quick and auto saves!!

How would streamline work any differntly? Both make saves that wouldn't have the additional save files that pluggy creates right?

Streamline is...well...complicated.

Streamsave is just one of many features of it. Streamsave also allows you to control how often it will save and when (like after combat or prior/after a load area. A streamsave uses OBSE to create Full save (not a quick or auto) without you having to manually do it. However, I am just paraniod enough to also do manual saves on top of this. If you can believe it in my current game I am on save 6,573.

I mainly use Streamline for the buffer purges, distance controls and FPS management in conjunction with OSR.

Streamline sounds like it saves the same way incremental saver does, supposed to do a full save on specified occasions, such as, instead of quick or auto, or both, but I have a new game going and no crashes so far (without incremental save thing) aside from crashing on changing area twice.

Area crashes can be difficult to track down as they tend to be caused by mod conflicts. However they can also be buffer over-runs and other nonsense.

Wyre Bash and TES4Edit can eliminate 90% of these type of crashes so there is great incentive to learning how to use them.
