issue with Console command window

hello everyone, i'm having a problem for sometime now, In console command my typed commands aren't saving anymore. I mean when i press UP/DWN arrow key my previous entered command doesn't appear. Is there a way to solve my problem, may be i did something by mistake to stop that function of console window. Like if i need to use tfc command for pics and stuff then i have to enter tfc command everytime i open console window(in a single play through not after closing skyrim and running it again).

I'll be very grateful for help Thanks.

Did you install any mods before this issue cropped up, it's possible that something you installed caused this.
