simdulgence Posted November 24, 2019 Posted November 24, 2019 If you're using WickedWhims and sims are getting naked by default, then no, there's no setting to change that. You would need to make an override file that sets a specific outfit as the default body part and place that in your /Mods folder. If you're using sim creators' body parts that make sims nude in CAS, you'd have to remove those files or again use an override.
