[SEARCH] Borderlands Psycho Mask

I'm looking for an old mod released back in the day, the Psycho mask from the Borderlands games.

 

Somebody did a conversion of it, and while I did have the files at one point, they are no longer available, nor is the mod in question.

 

And yes, I have google searched it, and ended up with nothing.

 

Does anybody have it, and would they be willing to share it?
