Dead-beat dad / shotgun wedding mod

Would anyone ever consider making a pregnancy addon mod that makes it so when you impregnate an npc a small misc quest or something like that pops up and you can either like decide to take responsibility and it makes the npc a marriage candidate OR you can skip town and have something simple happen like mercs come after you or the pregnant npc starts following you OR you could have something funny/realistic happen like you get a letter and have to start paying alimony each in-game week or get a bounty or maybe the pregnant npc becomes your stalker becuase she's still in love with your character and becomes like an unofficial follower who won't get too close. This is just a hair brained idea I thought up, but I'd still love to see something like this!
