Is this site blocking some region IPs now?

I have been a member for years.

Suddenly I have to use VPN for this site... ( And it is fucking slow)

Does anyone has such problem?

I am from Taiwan by the way.

I'm finding that in the last couple of days that I can't log on other than on an insecure connection, with manual input of my login and password, but once in, a refresh of the page gives a secure connection

 

Is that also allied to this problem?

We have had attacks from certain IP's and especially from those who use TOR.  So yes, there are a handful of blocked IP's.

OK, I get the need for safety. 

 

But I'm not using TOR.  Will these blocks still affect logging in securely? 

 

I initially get a non https page, with my saved account details missing, but they will appear later

I found myself logged out (I have a dynamic IP address, changes once every 24 hours) and I had to log back in, and when I did so I was greeted with Error code: 2S119/1.

Incidentally, if I use Chrome, it gets straight to an https: page, but Firefox goes first to only http:
