I am randomly dying when I have low(ish) health

I have a problem with random dying. I managed to find that it only happens when I have around 40%-50% or less heath and wear a harness (the ones covering chest, not the collar with harness in name). It starts when my health go beyond that threshold, but sometimes it takes some time to trigger (probably script lag). Once it happens once then it triggers every ~10 seconds. Since I use DAYMYL, it just sends me to never ending loop of bleeds out. Does anyone of you know what mod(s) can do this?
