upgrading interiors of vendor shops

I remember I saw a mod for SSE VR that made the shops in cities marvellous. Belethors shop in Skyrim had several floors and massive amounts of stuff on display. The mod totally changed the interiors of alchemy, armour and general merchantshops

 

Does anyone know the name of a mod that does this? Both for SSE and LE?

I will do the same convert for medieval lantern of skyrim, but the author dont want to see them on le
