Creating the XML for WW question

So, I have made my animation, baked it, used Sims 4 Studio to create the package, used s4pe to extract the clips and clip headers (though I am unclear if I need to save it as a file or package), but I am stuck at the Modding tool part. The tutorial says I need to download the XML template, but when I right click, it will only let me save as a redirect link. I downloaded Sublime Text, but I can't find it anywhere. I also downloaded NPP. I am supposed to quote "Replace the '0000000000000000’ at the end of the XML Template file name with copied FNV 64 value."

 

I am knew to this, but I am very eager to do some animations for sims 4.

Don't right-click to save the XML template. Open the template, and when that page is loaded, then you should right-click and save as. Otherwise it directs you to the redirect link, not the template!

I'm not entirely sure about your first question, "save it as a file or package". Save what as a file or package?
