Can't introduce Sim to other sims

For example I just downloaded Realm of Magic but my sims can't introduce itself to the mages. Once I click on the npc it just pops up saying 'more choices' and then to 'attractiveness' wicked' and 'personality' Also noticed can't have conversations with sims while sat down, they have to stand up for every single option.

Make sure all of your mods are updated, not just Wicked Whims.

 

Check to see if you have any outdated mods that aren't supported through the Realm of Magic update.

 

Also, do you have a legitimate game? If you have a cracked game, you might not be able to be helped.
