Glitch - Rainbow Horse and Flashing Rivers

Hey Folks,

 

I recently installed an ENB, and my horse's texture has completely wigged out.  On top of that I have this issue where water flashes when I look at it and it constantly loops the splashing sound effect.  I have looked everyone and only found something referencing monitor refresh rate, but mine is already 60hz, so that's not the issue.

 

EDIT: I fixed the flashing water by forcing v-sync on through nvidia control panel, but my poor horse is still a rainbow.

 

Anyone have any ideas?

Is the ENB turned on in that pic? Does it still look like that with the ENB disabled?

 

Does it effect all horse breeds or only that type?

 

Have you installed texture replacers for the horse? If so uninstall and test.
