Crashing now, but played fine 2 hours ago, no new mods?/keybindings change on their own?

I was playing the game about 2-3 hours ago, without issue.

 

I have three different profiles.  One werewolf, one succubus, one vampire/generic.

 

Each is the same, except that the werewolf one has the werewolf mods active, succubus has succubus, etc.  However, the basic core- sex lab, visiual, etc is the same in all of them. 

 

I attempted to add a mod a few min ago- immersive college of winterhold.. I applied the necessary patches, etc etc...  and game gets to loading screen, crashes.  load earlier save? same thing.  start new game? same thing.

I then deactiving CoW.  and repeating the attempts.. to no luck.

 

I then switched to another profile, where CoW had never been active at all, no luck..... the difference betwwen succubus and vampire profile, is the activation of succubus heart and better vampires..

I am kind of thinking, something during the game, broke it somehow?  

any ideas?

Second question, I loose control sometimes, like after sex scenes and maybe one scene triggers, mob dies, but scene then goes on, or multiple scenes...  so I cant use my "E" key to open things anymore, I cant do first person any more..  but the other keys seem to work?  Sometimes quitting to desktop clears the issue, but other times it doesnt....?
