Nymra Posted November 1, 2019 Posted November 1, 2019 I want to replace Devious Devices jewelled piercings with the golden rings from Newmiller (AH Gold Ring). I replaced the NIF of the DD piercings in "Shape Data" with the nifs from Newmiller and renamed them accordingly. Now the rings are correctly as the newmiller meshes in my game, but they are at the wrong position. Now I am using a special repaint version of Newmiller piercings for Naturalistic Jiggle and Collission. And in the past Devious Devices always had the wrong jiggle physics. BUT the physics are now correct. The rings bounce the same as the nipples do, they are just... "misplaced". What did I miss here and how can I fix it? I tried to google it and see tutorials, but I honestly have no idea where to even look for what the problem might be. Pictures: correct golden piercings (non DD) incorrectly placed silver piercings (same mesh as golden ones) - DD items.
Nymra Posted November 1, 2019 Author Posted November 1, 2019 UPDATE: I tried to just replace the bodyslide output files directly and this at least works. So I run Newmillers with bodyslide and then replace the tri file, and the _0 and _1 file in devious device output (renaming them). Interesting enough, now the piercings are at the right spot. I still would like to know how I can solve the aforementioned issue, tho, because maybe I would try to create patches for Devious Devices that replace some items with ones from other mods for more customization (and immersion) .
