Amorous adventures not engaging sex scene

So, for a while after I installed the mod it worked fine, but lately it's stopped engaging the sex scenes. If you say "I need your touch," nothing happens. You say "follow me to location," and when you get there and say "this is the spot," it says "your lover has stopped following you." I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it 10 times. I can't get it to work. For a while I had SLEN and Sexlab romance. I uninstalled those, too in case they were in conflict. SLEN would slowly get more and more bugged until none of the orgy scenes would engage, either.

Where is AA in your Load Order? When i run that mod i keep really low in LO

How many animations are you running? In my game, at times, animations will take a while to start. I can see the game trying to match my player with the target for an animation in console though. So, check your console and see if the game is actually trying to do anything.

I know I'm necro'ing an old post, but I'm having this exact issue.

I originally had the FG version of amorous installed, and then later switched to the LL version.  I am lovers with Ysolda, and any time I attempt to initiate anything she basically goes "sure" and then proceeds to walk away.  I have tried waiting, I know it takes a while to start scenes, but she legitimately leaves whatever area we are in and nothing ever happens.  AA is at the bottom of my load order, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled already, to no avail.

One thing I noticed is that when I had FG AA, there was an MCM.  LL AA does not give that to me.  Could it be that (this is possible) I started a quest with FG AA, and then when I uninstalled and re-installed LL AA that it somehow bugged out?  This would mean that only Ysolda should be affected... if it's the case.  I COULD do a true uninstall, run the game as if I were going to continue playing without it, and then turn around and re-install.  Would this reset my quest for Ysolda?  Or would I never have access to her unless I started a new game or something?

Any help would be fantastic.
