Game soft locking during some mod events

I've ran into a problem with multiple mods where an event would try to start, but all actors including PC would just stand still with no way to move. A few examples would be the Prison Overhaul when a guard tries to arrest the PC, dialogue that leads to a scene in Slaverun Reloaded, being put into bondage furniture via the Bondage Furniture Mod (Though interacting with the furniture on my own works fine) and multiple times in most LoversLab quest mods i've found such as From the Deeps. If anyone is aware of this problem and knows how to fix it, please let me know!
