I'm truly desperate now - face problem/deformation

Hey guys

I'm completely new to fallout 4 modding but I did use skyrim SE and have had no problems there - I use Mod Manager for both fallout and skyrim - but here's the issue im dealing with for 4 hours of testing various fixes and uninstalling and reinstalling -

My face looks completely deformed BUT the skin in my game looks just as good. But that face jesus save me

I've no idea how to fix the face deformation - 

Here's what I tried to fix it - 

black face fix,

rusty face fix,

tried to save/load game 

different texture mods

 

But none of those helped. I'm out of ideas. Any help?

Attempting to modify an NPC with the prefix "FF" will F*K everything up BADLY. Don't do it.
