I've tried it both with and without the wsex.esp Prideslayer made. Be aware that MAC does utilize nearly every single added feature of wsex but as far as I know every part of wsex that MAC uses Prideslayer is handling. So you should get all the callback dialogues and the after sex packages should fire and the items handed out should get handed out. If you read his thread on his override plugin you'll see what he listed as unsupported. Some people have had an issue with sex always resulting in oral. The cause for that is still unknown but should be fixed as far as I know.

 

As a person who only plays as a male PC, getting wsex and its plugins to work with Sexout is kind of a must... given that the vast majority of content for males among sex mods is from wsex plugins.
