Y'all can "+1" all you want, but so far there are none. Don't think there is even any female creature assets outside of Buffscale's "Female Deathclaws" joke mod.

 

To be honest, considering how long it took for Skyrim creatures to get that treatment and how it's still pretty limited, and comparing the state of FO4 modding to Skyrim, I wouldn't really keep my hopes up.
