I started a new game, I have sim A, then I made a new game with sim B.

Sims A & B don't exist in the same 'world'

Can I make a household, set them in a lot, THEN create a NEW household in the same world to interact with household A?

I have googled & googled! I can't find one simple answer to this anywhere that actually works!

I can manage households in the world map page! HOW DO I CREATE NEW ONES! its driving me nuts!

If you go to your gallery in either world, the sims from the other world should be in there.  You can just add them to a lot in that world.

I try to save my sim to my library & it doesn't save them! I use mods.

so I can't just create a new household while already in a loaded game?

Edit = I figured it out. overlooked a button!

When you load a save game, before clicking anything there is a button in the lower right to create a new household! Phew! that was driving me nuts & I could not find an answer cus it was right in my face! lol oh well.

You can also click "Manage Worlds" (should be at the top right corner) any time while playing and change basically anything you want - rebuild houses, edit households (add/remove sims), kick entire households out, or move in new hoseholds, either from the gallery or create a new household.

In the future when you want to do this, if you load your world you don't need to pick you current family, you can create a new one as well.

The only limitation is that you can only actively play one family at a time.  You can switch back and forth, but not have all of the Sims from both families under your control at once.
