SOS not working

I'm pretty new to modding on Skyrim SE, I downloaded all the recommended mods for this, I see all the SOS options in racemenu but it still does nothing at all, my character is constantly flaccid no matter what. I got XP32, SKSE64, FNIS, I'm on the most recent update, I can't figure out for the life of me what is causing this. I don't have any other mods that alter erections or stuff like that. I tried installing on Vortex and MO2 but this is the one mod that just decides it does not want to work at all. It doesn't even pop up on the mod configuration page

 

I'm using SOS Full btw, I feel like trying lite at this point but I'm wondering if there is a simple solution to this

Do you have Sl Aroused installed?. maybe post load order
