Hunter136
So I've been wanting to get back into Fallout 4 recently and reinstalled it, installed the latest f4se, and was prepared to load it up. But when I loaded it, it crashes immediately, or at least it gets to the Special/tv intro screen then crashes. I am using mod organizer 2 to play since thats how I sort my Fallout 4 mods. When I tested f4se without using MO, by activating it directly on my Fallout 4 folder, it gets to the main menu no problem. I'm quite confused on what is going on, I really wanna get back into playing the game, but I have no idea why it is crashing with MO2. Link to comment
Hunter136
I managed to load the game after installing a new MO2. But now it doesn't load in my mods. I am thinking it is a file path problem for that one. Still pretty confused on whats the problem. Link to comment

This happens if you launch F4SE through MO2 (or a MO2/F4SE shortcut on the desktop) before connecting to your Steam account. Connect to your Steam account and once done launch the game with F4SE. Edit. I forgot to mention that you can do it even in offline mode. Launch the game, choose Steam offline mode but when the launcher menu appears, close the window. Relaunch the game and you're good to go. Link to comment
