Identify Armor

Does anyone know the name of this armor and possibly where to locate it?  Or maybe its a mashup of different armors...?

I believe this armor was in Miya Follower mod, but not 100% sure.

Yeah I figured it was a mashup, just couldn't figure out the actual chest armor parts, and I couldn't find the Miya follower to verify if it came with it.  Maybe the chest part of the armor can be found.

cough, did you read my post?
I wrote * but not 100% sure *, if I had not posted that this is Miya Follower, then you would not even have known that! 
otherwise you would have mentioned that here.
