Reinstalled Skyrim Now Having Mod Issues

The short of it is that my motherboard died and I had to have my laptop repaired. In doing so, they wiped all my files for privacy reasons.
However, I had them backed up and was able to reinstall Skyrim, SKSE, LOOT, and Mod Organiser.

Everything seems relatively normal, and because I coped over my LOOT and MO files everything was there already, but I AM having a few difficulties with mods. It was a while since I played however, so I'm not sure if they were present back then.
N.B. - I did re-clean the main files with TES5 edit, so that shouldn't be an issue.

Occasional (but not consistent) issues : 
- There is a sudden CTD during sexual interactions.
- Sometimes above CTD is triggered by pressing the Escape key (usually when in the Prison Overhaul scenario)
- Unable to have free reign of camera angles during interaction
- Male models are occasionally flacid
- I've also been having issues with Inigo (my follower), but I don't know if this is a SexLab issue or an AdvancedFollowerTweaks conflict.

Another thing is - I have never had a model really perfectly align with my character. Am I doing something wrong, or is it common to have to adjust each scene to match? If so, is there a way that I can do this without actually being in an interaction? There's not really enough time to perfect it.

I realise that I have a fair few mods and that that may cause some issue, but I was hoping someone could have a quick glance and tell me if there is :
a) A notoriously buggy / conflicting mod
b) Something in the wrong load order

I'm posting below my entire mod list as it appears in my MO load order, but I don't expect people to read EVERY entry. It's only there as a full aid.
If you can, please find main notable entries by using Ctrl+F to find the important keyboards, eg : " SexLab " , " SOS " , " FNIS " and any other mod that you think may cause an issue.

It would be a nightmare to have to have to reinstall everything from scratch again, so.... someone please help me. >_< CTDs are happening too much for my liking.
