RedheadedSims has a preset full body with a bulge that works on some underwear, swimsuits, shorts and some tight pants. NarciCC-ism bulge slider will also work with some pants, swimsuits. but will change the Sim's body. Or you can use Theuso's universal bulge that works on all pants, underwear, and swimsuits, but is only one size, but will not change the Sim's body.
