I recently read something about reloading files while CK2 is running. Is there any way to load decision or event files while in game after i make changes? Because starting CK2 over and over again is getting tiresome.

Use the console commands reloadevents and reloadloc

Note that it only works for events and localisation, not decisions or anything else.
