[SEARCH] - Assign location hang out intervals

looking for a mod or commands that assign an npc to hang out in an area for set intervals? i know that my-home-is-your-home kinda does this but the limitation is that the times are not dynamic and don't let you choose. my preference is to just have in-game commands that could force an npc to do it. any ideas?
