Help with UNP Bodyslide usage or removal please

I have been using UNP since day 1 of its release. I have downloaded the Bodyslide mod - however I am unable to read XML(?) documents at all so I have no idea how to set the bodies up.

 

Is there a detailed readme available in PDF? If there is I would be very happy indeed :)

 

Otherwise I would like to know what to remove so that I can go back to the original UNP for now please :-/

I have sorted this out now :shy: I received some very helpful advice elsewhere.
