is there a mod to give npcs unarmed kicks?

i'l looking for a way to get a mod that gives npcs bound with arm binder and other wrist restraints the same bound combat like devious devices does for the PC?

i'm sure there's something  out there

 

so far yokes and arm binders have been tested but i don't know if handcuffs or shackles do the same thing
