Need help with a playtrough idea

So I'm thinking of making a breeding farm from my slaves in fallout 4 is this possible? Are there any pregnancy mod that allows this also is there a mod that let said children from said pregnancy mod(if it exist) grow up to an adult settler basically my character want to repopulate the wasteland in her very own way :3 any mod that lets me do this?
