I looked around and could not find anything for this.

The other day my computer was fine.

The game worked great. But now

my character is doing  something I have not seen before.

She went from looking like this

Should I reinstall the body and demon textures?

Those are the skin specular maps (textures listed as _s.dds ) interacting with your lighting (ENB maybe).  You could change the specular to something else or adjust your ENB.

(This can also result from tinkering with the gloss/specular settings on the body meshes, or from mods like Wet Function.)

This happened at the same time I started to have this bug for the very first time where my skyrim starts in the window mode in the top left of my screen.

I was able to learn to fix the window mode. But now I do not know where to begin with this. I had unchecked the

demon skin textures for my character and unchecked any follower mod and any mod for skin textures.

Nothing changed. Infact it looks like it has affected the AI characters as well as mine.

If it has anything to do with my skypref.ini like the window bug did. I mean I got both these bugs

the moment I logged into my game today.

I will make a screenshot of my Pref.ini. Because I do not want to mess with something I know very little about.

The issue is either caused by textures (most likely) or ENB settings (which you haven't confirmed you even use).  None of the other things you listed are of value in fixing this.

If the issue is textures, and you say they were uninstalled, but *gasp* they are still there, then you didn't uninstall them properly, and I wonder what you *did* uninstall.

What mod manager are you using?  (Please don't say NMM.)

Is the problem constant, or does it start out good and go bad? I had some issues with my ENB going wonky whenever my steam overlay fired a message. Try disabling steam overlay for Skyrim and see if that helps.

Please don't say You use Mod Mannager ?... =_______________________= GOSH....

You definitely have fucked Textures...

- Neck

- Hands

Probably feets too...

You can clearly see Texture Borders... on first Image You don't have this problem...

On Second image you do have this problem...

So You probably have installed new Textures but You did not replace old textures...

or You had fun with CT TextureBlend idk... but in my opinion 100% You have fucked Textures...

... OK ...

after thinking i think it may be caused by ENB... but i don't remember Option name...

Try to disable/enable every option one by one maybe something will help You...

Maybe fucked Supersampling options... i don't remember... anyway still textures are fucked cause you have texture borders on Neck and Hand

Install manualy this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/70834

If You really were using Mod Manager... Noob Way and Bad Way...

You have 0 control of what is happening with Your Game files... You just let Manager to do and You don't know what he is doing...
