CTD when going to Kynesgrove

Sooo everytime I go towards Kyensgrove to do the killing the dragon blades quest with whatshername I CTD.  I've no idea why but have tried using other saves and even started a new game but still get the same thing.  It happens when I try to coc there, head down from Windhelm or up from the south or from across the river, it's pretty frustrating.

 

I thought it might be a DynDOLOD thingy so I re-ran those and redone the things following the instructions for it and I think I made it worse. Anywho, I got the Papyrus logs, lots of them cos I tried lots of times and my load order, can one of you amazing people save my Skyrim for me please ?

 

Oh and I followed Aylis's guide 

Papyrus.0.log Papyrus.1.log Papyrus.2.log Papyrus.3.logmodlist.txt

Ok so I've tried everything I can think of to fix this lil issue and nothing has worked  guess it's a brand new install and stuff to see if that'll fix it.

 

OOOOo.....played a bit more with stuff and it seems DynDOLOD is causing it
