Two problems which are driving me batty today.

Hey guys,

I'm loading Skyrim SE on a different computer and have two problems,

 

The frist is that I can't seem to get LOOT to work.  It is basically telling me that it cant find Skyrim SE, I think. When I look at the settings, the path is pointing to the right directory
however I just get the very basics.  What gives?

 

The other question is that I get a sort of animation problem. When she moves she has her arrms like the pic and floats along.  Its a brand new character so I dont know whats up... Here's the screen

cap of what I am getting.  Of course, I recognizethat its showing that she's not getting animated, but I can't see it in my load order.  Sorry for the screen caps but I can't get LOOT to recognize my game (see problem 1).

Are you running LOOT through Mod Organizer, or separately?

The arms/floating means you need to run fnis/

I'm trying to run Loot separately,  and I've run FNIS literally dozens of times to solve.

After creating another toon, I discovered this.  Is this something to do with a mod?  Still stuck in the pose on a new character after running FNIS, by the way. argh.
