Skyrim LE - Modified Temptress Textures - Something is wroooong

Okay, so i actually have no idea how to actually explain everything i've done to try and get it to work, so i might be a tiny bit vague on that point. Anyway, so a month or so ago, i got some modified textures for the temptress race, and they worked completely fine when i used them at that time. But yesterday, i finally decided to start playing the temptress race, so i started a new save and then clicked the temptress race, only to realise that only the head had the modified textures, while the body was using the same texture that i have for the default races. This seemed really odd to me, as i had already gotten it to work a month ago... So, i decided to re-install the temptress race mod, and then added the meshes from my body mod and then the textures i modified. As i got in the game, the same thing happens. This time, i am like "this is a mesh problem? is it linked to the wrong textures?" so i open Nifskope and then i link the meshes to the textures i modified. When i get in the game, the same thing happens. At this point i decide:" okay, so this is a mod conflict?" so i copy my profile in MO2 and then i start to remove all new mods i've added this month (and some others). The result? same as before. So i go back to the meshes and check them, and they are linked ( i even see the textures in Nifskope ), but alas nothing seemed to work, only the head seemed to use the textures. At this point i decide to try other custom races, only for the same thing to happen. So right now, i am pretty much at a loss. Ofc, i could literally just make a new profile and slowly start over with all my mods, but i dont even know if that will work.

So, i am at a loss about what to do, and i kinda hope someone here can give me any ideas. 

P.S. when i loaded up another of my saves with a character and i used Showracemenu to change race, i noticed that the head had the modified textures, but the body? it was the exact same as my character before the race change, even with all the tattoos, so i can only guess that "somehow" the temptress race esp, might not even bother using its own textures. So i reinstalled the temptress race and did not change ANYTHING in its files, then i went ingame and bam, it didn't even use its own textures on the body and only the head..
