easy follower making

hello everyone

 

 

i remember reading somewhere that you could make a new character in game,

use the console to save his/her face/body and then load that up and make into a follower...

 

does this ring a bell to anyone ?

Yup, create your character and then type "spf insertnamehere" in the console without quotation marks. This will create a .npc file in your Skyrim installation folder. Follow this guide and you'll eventually import that .npc file for your follower's face.
