Broken follower behavior Companions. HELP please! weird BS here

Hi,

I found a problem with the companions again. Something broke them. I had troubles in the past where I coudn't complete their questline but this is worse. They have no voices anymore in some dialogues and don't react to orders like trading or dimissing. I have to use "set playerfollowercount to 0). It happens with all companions. Farkas has problems with his equipment as well. He always unequips his chest piece and when I reload he often equips it again. And now it's gone completly even his default armor. I tested other followers but they have no problems so far.  And the stupid hagraven heads are still marked as quest items and can't be removed, so I guess a quest wasn't completet as it should. This is my load order. Do you see what causes the problem? Other factions like the mages work without problems.
