Spoiler a another possibility, also that is a neck seam, but this is a meshes error.

So just my charater have neck stream. NPC is still use default texture, I really want to use a smooth UNP skin, with noneckstream. You have any idea... thanks

I really dont know why. cause I read in those skin texture description, they say that they go well with unp skin, but in the game I still got neckstream
