He opened it for continuation as long as he was given credit (check the sticky message on the mod's forum tab). I know it has an issue with the head not changing colors with the body. It would also be nice to see it converted to UNP/CBBE as well. It would be nice to have chocolate monsters running around and zapping people into candy bars again.
