I got no experiece with this mod , but this could be you problem ......... your Sim needs the Zoophiliac Trait .

• To enable a sim to have sex with pets, they must first have the Zoophiliac Trait
  • Click on a sim and go through these interactions -> Wicked -> Traits -> Add Zoophiliac Trait
  • Alternatively you can ignore the Zoophiliac Trait by opening to the Pet Settings (see above) -> Cheats -> Ignore Zoophiliac Trait
• If you don't want to manually add the trait to random sims
  • Click the following setting:
    • Open the Pet Settings (see above) -> Cheats -> Randomize Zoophiliac Trait for all Sims
    • This setting will randomly give and take away the zoophiliac trait to and from sims all around you
  • Alternatively click the following setting:
    • Open the Pet Settings (see above) -> Cheats -> Randomize Zoophiliac Trait for all Sims (exclude existing)
    • This setting will randomly give the Zoophiliac trait to sims all around you.
    • It will not take the trait away from sims that have it
