Non reciprocal love / romantic interest

Hello,

It's a simple thing and I'm surprised it hasn't been made in modded yet. I think this relationship status was present in the Sims 2 and it has been removed since. The fact that a Sim can fall in love or have romantic interest for someone but it's not reciprocal. That kind of feature would give such a nice depth of the game! What do you think about it?

Well, the concept sure is simple, but in Sims 4 it seems that one sim's opinion about another sim is the same as that other sim's opinion about the first sim. Depending on how/where these symmetric relationships are defined, it might not be easy at all to mod it and make it asymmetrical.

Nice idea though. It would make story telling much better.

Isn't it? It would add a great layer of depth and story telling would be much better as you say. Also more natural cause indeed, you can flirt with every sim and they will almost all have romance with you if you want wich is not realistic. Adding layers of "interest" would be interesting.

But yes maybe it's not easy to mod...
