Need location of shadow texture file

Does anyone happen to know the location of the shadow texture files? I've been having this issue since day one with this game and nothing seems to fix it. It's obvious that the edges don't come together or overlap. I've searched through the games opened bsa's and have been unable to find it.

Can you try renaming your ini and starting skyrim, That will at least isolate it to a setting in your ini file, then we can work out which...
