Last Exception help please

This problem started after EA Sept 5, 2019 update.
If I go to CAS screen or go to move a sim family onto a vacant apartment and try to return to playing regular game I get a failed to launch error.  If I reload the game and try to play any family, I get the same fail to launch message.
Yes I updated to WW 145 D, but no change to this error.
I also deleted local thumbnail cache.

You have a ton of mods. Some may have been impacted by the Sept. 5 patch and need to be updated, including McCommandCenter, Nisa K's mod, and others. WickedWhims did not need updated for the patch, so the issue is likely with your other mods and not with the recent version of WW.
