Seductive Assassin - possible?

I realized while playing that I can get people to follow me to a location for a good time, this is great for getting a victim out of sight and then having your way with em. Problem is, once the fun is had, the finish is messy and can at times, not end well. Perhaps there is someway to tie in the sandman kill perk, after having raped someone? Clean cut, free loot.

 

Is this possible with any current mods, or just my twisted mind?

Actually, killing somebody quietly & quickly after sex would be a nice feature for an assassination story. Not too crazy about the combo with rape though.

Yeah I see this more as a consensual sex thing, where you kill them while they are sated, having that post coital nap thing. After a rape, just shoot em in the back while they run away from ya.

actually they dont turn hostile, they run off. Never had one turn hostile O.o

I actually thought of this after watching that james bond movie with whats her face doing the sex kill thing with that one dude...very specific I know, I think it was the movie Goldeneye?

In case the op hadn't seen this, this new mod on the nexus might suit his tastes if he likes gore. Not really my cup of tea, but to each his own. I'd actually prefer more ways to peacefully seduce opponents and kill/betray them after the fact myself though.
