Skyrim Mod Noob

I know this probably is going to sound so dumb.

How do I equip/wear the clothing mods I got off Nexus (I used NMM to install all my mods)

 

I have been dreading asking this question because I know how dumb it sounds. But could some one pleas help?

What...? You do it like the vanilla armour.... By clicking on it in your inventory.

 

The descriptions on nexus should tell you where to find them in game.

The readme's should tell you whether you need to make the armours at a forge, or if you can find them in a chest or other storage container. Some modders even put pictures of where the chests are to help you.

 

I suggest that you re-read the details of each mod and see if that helps at all

Lol how hard is this sound

 

- first install the mod assuming you read the way the read me told you to do

- launch skyrim game

- look for the items location

- if the item has shops or a container where you loot or buy

- take it check your inventory

 

noticing a change to your character while wearing modded armor some will require you to forge at blacksmith and some on tanning leather rack.
