Unclear on what you are asking.  What do you mean by "close" the shadow?

I'm sorry my English is not good.  I mean how to close the shadows on the red walls.

Do you mean move the light source?  Darken them?

Turn the shadow "off" without removing the light.  So you want no shadow.

 

Replace the light effect with one that has no shadow.  In Skyrim, lights can be made to cast shadow or not, you can turn that off by changing the light.

 

EDIT: In xEdit, change this:
