Urgent help . Mods Meshes and textures not loading

Hi

I decided to back to fallout 4 after some time .

What I understand Bethesda updates messed up FA4 .

My custom textures and meshes not showing up , retextures, cbbe bodies and textures etc .

Game is not picking them up , picks up esps but hair meshes not showing either .

I understand something needs be edited maybe ini or something .

Not sure . 

Please help
