BodyTalk/Male body not working properly

I have been trying to get AAF animations to work, and they play as they normally would using the RSE II: CSA mod, but the penises are floating and glitched out. I figured this is something to do with the skeleton not working so I tried a reinstall of the Zaz extended skeleton, as well as a reinstall of BodyTalk, but neither of these fixes the issue. Attached is a screenshot of the issue. Any help troubleshooting would be appreciated.

Its a skeleton issue no exception. You dont just need to have zex skeleton installed, but you also need to give it the highest of priorities. In addition, you want to avoid installing any other custom skeleton/skeleton edits but zex skeleton, unless the edits are made for zex skeleton.
