This thread is intended to share empire designs, for those less creative.  This text can be copied and pasted into your user_empire_designs.txt file.  On Linux, this is located at ~/.local/share/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris.  Not so sure about Windows, somewhere under My Documents probably.

 

Please note these designs will show as invalid until edited if you don't have all the mods installed.
