Breast Flattening and Body/Skin Opinions

I've been seeing the "somewhat flat breasts on occasion" effect on my CBBE avies in Fallout 4.  How do I fix that?  I've adjusted the breasts to account for the "breast depression" but in some poses, the breasts are less filled out on occasion. 

 

While I'm on the subject of bodies and skins..what's the overall best body/skin(s) now?  I'm still using the Valkyr skin but about to install a new FO4 on a different computer and wanted to get some opinions.

I really love flat chested girls... but no, in all honestly, I think that may be a model / mesh issue in some regards. Either use the vanilla batch patch or the default CBBE, if you are using body slide this is sadly a known issue.
